SOLUBLE Magnesium: Your Anti-Stress Companion

Among the anti-stress remedies: SOLUBLE magnesium

For long-lasting stress relief throughout the day, it’s a good idea to take magnesium in a soluble form diluted in one and a half liters of water and drink this mixture throughout the day.

Of course, it’s essential to choose a sustained-release magnesium supplement that’s well tolerated by the body. To that end, choosing glycerophosphate and/or bisglycinate forms that are gentle on the intestines is, of course, absolutely essential!

During this lockdown period, don’t hesitate to take supplements—that is, to exceed 400 mg of magnesium per day, or even 600 mg per day!! It’s important to increase your magnesium intake with high-quality, soluble, bioavailable, and well-tolerated magnesium supplements.

Once the stress has subsided, you can increase the dose to 150 mg to 200 mg per day.

To be as effective as possible, this magnesium supplement should be taken in combination with:

  • B vitamins (preferably methylated)
  • vitamin D
  • zinc

The SOLUBLE magnesium bisglycinate and glycerophosphate supplements I recommend during appointments:

NutriMag-DUO : From Bionutrics, it’s perfectly balanced and already contains vitamins B and D.
